Book Your Appointment

Booking An Appointment

When you get in touch, it helps to mention whether you are a new patient and what the appointment is for, so the right amount of time can be set aside. If you are looking for a dentist in Windhoek for the first time, a general consultation is a good place to begin.

Dental Emergencies

If you have severe toothache or swelling in your face, contact the practice as soon as possible. If an adult tooth has been knocked out, pick it up by the crown and keep it in milk on the way to us. If swelling is spreading quickly or making it hard to breathe or swallow, go to your nearest hospital emergency unit.

Medical Aid And Payment

The practice accepts cover from the following medical aid providers:

  • PSEMAS (Public Service Employees Medical Aid Scheme)
  • Namibia Health Plan (NHP)
  • Namibia Medical Care (NMC)
  • Renaissance Health Medical Aid Fund (RMA)
  • Nammed Medical Aid Fund
  • GEMHEALTH Medical Aid Scheme

Please contact the practice before your visit to confirm what your plan covers, as benefits differ from one option to the next. Treatments such as implants and orthodontics are often only partly covered, so an estimate of costs can be given after your consultation.

What To Bring

Please bring your identity document and medical aid card, along with any recent X-rays from another practice. If you have been referred by another dentist in Windhoek, bring the referral letter so Dr Moloi can see the background to your visit. Our dental practice looks forward to meeting you.
